Pick up Request

Our donation pick-up option comes with a fee that directly supports the costs behind keeping DIG on the road and helping families within the SUN region. 


Pick up terms:

  • Pick-ups are available to residents within 20 miles of downtown Milton. 
  • All pick-ups are charged a flat $60 fee. A link for online payment will be sent after the pick-up has been confirmed by DIG staff.
  • All items must be located on the ground floor in a garage, porch, or immediately inside a ground-floor entrance prior to pick up time. Our drivers reserve the right to deny donations if this or any other term (including our general donation guidelines) are not met.
  • Please box or bag kitchenware, linens, and other small household items as appropriate.

Please complete and submit these online forms, and then a DIG staff member or volunteer will contact you to confirm your request. Please allow up to 3 business days for your request to be processed.

Please make sure to review our donation guidelines to ensure that all items are acceptable. All items must be free of rips, stains, pet hair, and odor. 

A picture must be included for each piece of furniture. Pictures can either be submitted down below or sent to isaac@digfb.org

DIG staff will only take items that have been listed in the form and reserve the right to deny any items that do not meet our guidelines upon pick-up.

Please Note: Due to limited staff, pickups are currently only available on Saturdays from 9am - 12pm. We appreciate your understanding as we will work to arrange your pick-up as quickly as possible for our team.
